		Seismic Retrofit Since its inception in 1991, Athalye Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. has participated in every Caltrans’ Seismic Bridge Retrofit Project.
		Construction Services Our construction staff is comprised of bridge Engineering Services, Inc. with extensive experience in inspection, field surveying, materials testing, falsework, trenching and shoring, shop plan submittal review, contract change order processing, CPM scheduling, and computer based processes to monitor projects.
